Here is my valentine this year. A tribute to my North Carolina kitties who I miss. They were my best friends and always there and willing to entertain me even when I didn't want to be.
I have had black cats for the last 10 years thanks to Emily and a loud, mouthy black cat, Miss Abby. Even in her senior years, she is still one grouchy old lady and has taken up residence with Amy and Dustin. Today there is Libby, the feminist who need no one, and Pee Wee, the half breed (part black and white) who loves to lick toes. And, I can't forget Miss Midnight, the sweetest and most psycho kitty I've ever encountered.
Here's to the best companions humans have. I {heart} you!

Ms. Abigail would like to straighten the record out. She said she isn't grouchy but, that everyone else just never does it right!
